How to stop smoking?

When I first found out I was pregnant I quit smoking. For some reason it made me sick to the stomache to smoke. I always thought that the longer you are nicotine free, the easier it is to say no and continue to be a non-smoker. But at 6 months pregnant the withdrawl symptoms hit me big time and I started smoking again. I’m now 35 weeks pregnant and very disappointed in myself for smoking again, but can’t seem to put them back down. I know what it can do to my baby, and really want to quit. But anytime I go longer than 4 to 5 hours without a cigarette I go completely crazy, my heart starts to race, I get dizzy, feel sick, and start to shake. I didn’t have these problems when I quit the first time. Does anyone know a program that will help me quit again?
